I didn't take that many pictures during the visit so I had room for some pretty plants and flowers. This was in Carlos' front yard.
A new spot we heard we should try called Mi Propiedad Privada (My Private Property). This is overlooking the Pacific Ocean during the cloudy an dreary winter months, which last for a depressing *8* months out of the year.
Unfortunately (as far as I'm concerned) there was a small wedding reception while we were having lunch. Yeah, its real cute until you realize how much noise the live band makes. Well its cool if you don't want to talk to a friend you haven't seen in 5 years. Blanca took these pictures.
I've heard some people make fun of Inca Kola over the years. I think its great stuff and I also think it goes great with ceviche.
The cold platter...
...and the hot platter. Some of the best sea food I ever had.
A new spot we heard we should try called Mi Propiedad Privada (My Private Property). Odd name. GREAT taste. This is just before we went down stairs to leave. I don't know why I just didn't go outside and take the picture instead.
Me and my friend Carlos, on our way out. There's a bar at the entrance.
WHOA! The sun in Lima! An extremely rare sighting in the winter. Just HAD to take a picture as a sarcastic jab.
Just some fond memories of names that were familiar to my Peruvian experience. This is Lariza-D, a ice cream and pastry shop.
Larco Mar, My favorite spot in Lima. Its amazing how much they have jammed into the face of this cliff. Dozens of stores and restaurants, two dance clubs, a movie complex, and a multi-level parking lot. Neat place.
From where I was having tea with my friend Rocio. Even when the weather sucks, its still a great view.
